What does the barber pole represent?
When dreaming up a concept for The Cake Stash I wanted to play on the classic barber shop theme. A place that is as unique as it is familiar, as masculine as it is feminine and as sophisticated as it is whimsical.
The Creative Process
Every design that we create is based off of the customers imaginations and our creativity. With that being said, we will try our very best to create what you dream up and welcome inspiration pictures, but we will not create exact replications of other cake designers' work. After all...Cake design is an Art.
Why Custom Cakes Can Be Expensive
Each cake that we design takes many hours from start to finish. From a drawing to reality we make sure that each detail we include will help to bring your vision to life. Our simple rule of thumb is this...if your design is more than one tier or shaped like anything other than a regular round or square cake it is safe to estimate your final cost will be well over $100.
Great Things Take Time
At the Cake Stash we typically request a two week notice for all custom cake orders. This will allow us ample time to design and execute the perfect cake. Most 3D fondant toppers can take several hours to several days to dry and set up properly. As with everything, there is always exceptions so feel free to inquire about our availability on any order.
